IntelliTrack® ISRP software is affordable, and easy to install. The system is feature rich with an intuitive user interface. ISRP/WMS comes in three cost effective versions that maximize efficiency and optimize labor productivity in warehouses of all sizes. Each version provides the basic functions for warehouse operations, including physical inventory, shipping, receiving, and picking, as well as management features such as queries, reporting and bar code labeling. WMS Professional includes advanced features like space management, user defined directed put-away and picks, batched order management, replenishment and cross-docking warning.
Support for Barcode Scanning and RFID: ISRP's state-of-the-art bar code or RFID data collection system runs on many popular portable data terminals (PDTs) and PDAs, suitable for use in warehouses. These devices support bar code and RFID reading, mobile computing and wireless networking (WiFi.) The PDT/PDA applications utilize the latest Microsoft® handheld computer operating systems including Windows CE® and Pocket PC®, and also support legacy operating systems like DOS.
Flexibility and Upgrade Options: IntelliTrack warehouse software has extensive functionality and a SQL database back-end provide a cost-effective upgrade path. Database and portable/workstation licenses can be added as the business grows. Upgrades are available for transition from ISRP to WMS RF Standard to WMS RF Professional or from batch/offline to wireless networking. ISRP includes Microsoft SQL Express. SQL Express provides the growth to Microsoft's SQL server, which means that an installation can comfortably manage tens of users and hundreds of thousands of SKUs with superb response time.
Support for Multiple International Languages: ISRP speaks the language of the user. At its core, IntelliTrack® warehouse management systems contain a multi-level data dictionary of display text for its forms and reports. You can manage any form text, PDA/PDT prompt, query, report or error message to conform to your in-house terminology. The data dictionary system provides support for foreign languages. ISRP currently runs in warehouses where English and French are spoken.
Shipping: IntelliTrack provides documented stored SQL procedures that provide the completed order and shipping data from the warehouse to the carrier. Within minutes, integrators can use these procedures to link to a carrier's shipping software. IntelliTrack offers a pre-defined link to UPS WorldShip®.
Barcode Labels: Barcode label printing comes standard with IntelliTrack warehouse management products. You can update or create any label format with different barcode symbologies and data from any IntelliTrack or other standard database.
QuickBooks, ERP Systems, MRP Systems, and other Accounting Systems: IntelliTrack Application Program Interface(API) is a series of objects that enable a user to quickly retrieve data from and enter data into IntelliTrack Warehouse Management System (WMS) or IntelliTrack Inventory, Shipping, Receiving & Picking (ISRP). The fully integrated plug-in provides the bilateral information highway for both applications. This allows the user to grow its business with his choice of business software as it outgrows it.
