AllReports pulls the data from QuickBooks and generates the data file needed to file your W2's, 1099's and Quarterly Reports via electronic filing or magnetic media filing. AllReports can combine QuickBooks companies with the same Federal ID to create combined reports. AllReports saves time by automatically creating your reports without having to enter your data twice. Our software takes the data directly from QuickBooks with little or no input.

AllReports is very easy to use. To run a report, all you need to do is have open the QuickBooks data file follow a few easy steps, enter any state specific data that is required, then process and create the electronic file or print the report. All this takes only a few minutes to complete.
AllReports includes many other innovative features including the ability to modify your report data (not your QuickBooks data) if you choose to. Electronic filing, both ICESA and EFW2, is available for Social Security, IRS and several states and will continue to expand to other states over time.

When you buy the product, you have bought a site license for the product. This means you can install it on several computers at the same physical address. You only have to buy additional licenses if you want to install it at multiple physical addresses. You can also use AllReports with as many companies as you wish. There are no additional charges for additional companies.
