This utility is great for extracting financial data for analysis or for importing into another program.
QuickBooks does not offer these exporting options, but TBX will!
1) Trial Balance by Class code.
2) A "Net change" Trial Balance in addition to "as of."
3) Extracts the account number into its own field, not embedded with the description.
4) Exports Debits & Credits in their own column.

Export a Net Change Trial Balance that can be imported into any write-up, tax or auditing program. Export Trial Balances as a cvs. file that can be read by Excel for analytical purposes.

Let the client use their beloved QuickBooks for the general ledger but retain the financial statement preparation portion of the engagement. Import a monthly JE file from QuickBooks into Creative Solution's Write-up CS or utilize the "net change" trial balance in other Write-up packages.
