Do I need to be in QuickBooks to run TBX?
Yes, for the first time. In order to give TBX access rights to look at the data automatically as Admin, you need to be logged into the .QBW file and logged in as "Admin" For subsequent uses of the same data file, the file does not need to be open in the background. TBX only reads .QBW files TBX now works in multi user mode

What columns are produced in the comma delimited file?
Note that the delimited file is opened in Excel, you may delete any columns that you do not need. "Without classes:" Acct Number, Acct Name, Acct Number (without class code)and Amount -- "With P&Lclass codes:" Acct Number, Acct Name, Class code, Class code appended in front of or behind of the Acct Number and Amount

What other options are available?
You may export either accounts with balances or all accounts in the chart even with zero balances.

What if my clients use alpha class codes and my software uses numerical department numbers? Will it handle Sub-classes?
You will be provided with a cross-reference table where you can replace the class codes with another name or number. Yes, it will handle Sub-classes and inactive class codes!
