Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[05/20/2010] I purchased the 2010 GiftWorks premium about 3 months ago, in order to better trace an upcoming giving campaign. With GiftWorks, we have tripled our income since last year. I know that GiftWorks is not the only reason, but it really does help to be able to track our donors. It's pretty easy to use, and they'll give you some answers if you get confused. The company itself is a bit pushy witht their sales, but they're just another business trying to make it... I'd recommend it!
