The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

A good product, a big time saver

[11/11/2009] I have been using mc2anywhere for about 2 years. Our company has contractors in several states who report their billable hours weekly using mc2. My experience is almost entirely good - the contractors find it easy to use, the data flows straight into Quickbooks for invoicing and check printing, and tech support is very responsive. All-in-all, it has made the company much more efficient.

What used to take hours now takes minutes, for a small charge the company customized the software to meet my needs. The support I received was exceptional with response to all of my e-mails within hours.

[12/07/2008] After months of research, MC2 Anywhere was the best software I found for timesheets that also syncs w/QuickBooks. At first glance, it might seem intimidating, but this is because it has so much to offer! The people who support this software are very responsive & helpful. They have even developed custom solutions for us which saved me & my staff hours of time.

[03/09/2008] This is an outstanding application for users of QuickBooks. The application has opened-up the possibility of enormous productivity benefits for us and the concept of MC2 has even further potential. The potential to take this concept further (beyond Time and Expense Management) to say Employee Management is significant. The organization behind MC2 is very helpful and responsive to requests and suggestions. The support is outstanding! The are constantly enhancing the application.
