Sharing Data With QuickBooks

AvaTax integrates within QuickBooks as an additional file option. Within QuickBooks, users simply set the company Sales Tax preference to just one tax schedule: “AVATAX.” There is no need to setup sales tax items/groups even at the state level. Upon saving and closing an invoice, AvaTax activates and calculates the sales tax. To assist in selecting the taxing jurisdictions, address validation is included. The customer’s bill to / ship to addresses can be corrected and standardized.
