Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[04/02/2009] New Image Promotions purchased the AvaTax service in October of 2008 after 3 years of using various ineffective sales tax programs. The company was desperately in need of an automated sales tax solution to handle multiple out-of-state (nexus) locations with customizable rules and eventually found the AvaTax solution. Installation was simple and straight forward. Not only was the AvaTax connector easy to download, but the service was up and running almost immediately. I relied heavily on Avalara’s customer support team as I made the switch over to AvaTax and was able to reach a live person on the phone who could address my issue 99% of the time. I also attended Avalara’s 2-day 'A to Z' training course in January and as a result, left feeling comfortable and confident that I had a sales tax program that was efficient, easy to use, and most importantly accurate! I wish I had known about the AvaTax solution sooner! I think AvaTax should be offered as an add-on with all Intuit products.
