Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[11/12/2009] I found this program to be just the product we needed. We tested the program and when setting it up became a problem because of my own ignorance of Quick Books. Mr Russel was availible to help me get it set up and functional in no time at all. He was kind when I made a mistake and he had to set it up again. I have never expeirenced better customer service. I will always be greatful for his consideration and kindness and skill.

[09/27/2009] Amazing product, customer service was so helpful. We had problems installing it an getting it working properly, and they responded right away and helped sort everything out. They even customized it slightly for us, to make it 100% what we needed. Highly recommended - exceptional price for such a handy product.

[08/08/2006] CCRQ Invoice has been a miracle for our company! We carry over 1,000 products in our warehouse, and the sorting feature has made pulling our orders a breeze, saving us time and money. The total quantity and extended weight is also great for rate quotes when we ship large orders via freight companies. Again, we're saving time and money. The service that CCR provided was phenomenal! When the program did not initially work for us, they promptly updated it to work for our company. The customer service was absolutely outstanding!

[09/24/2005] I am a consultant with a client with a difficult set of accounting problems and a desire to abandon its current software and go to QuickBooks. I tried their initial version of CCRQInvoice and it did not solve my particular problem (add Total Quantity to an Invoice), but when I discussed the matter with CCR, they came up with a solution within a week. Subsequent issues, which were my fault, were responded to within hours with further education on how to best use their software. In short, the CCRQInvoice works and works well.
CCR is a class act in my book and I would not hesitate to go back to them again for the current or another client or recommend them to anyone else.

[07/12/2005] If you need what this does, it is great! We need to have the extended weight for each item (unit times quantity) show on our invoices, and you can't easily do that in QuickBooks. You have to do the math yourself, which is a pain. This simple utility takes care of that for us. That is pretty much all it does now, but I have hopes that they'll add more soon.
