Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[11/12/2009] I found this program to be just the product we needed. We tested the program and when setting it up became a problem because of my own ignorance of Quick Books. Mr Russel was availible to help me get it set up and functional in no time at all. He was kind when I made a mistake and he had to set it up again. I have never expeirenced better customer service. I will always be greatful for his consideration and kindness and skill.

[09/27/2009] Amazing product, customer service was so helpful. We had problems installing it an getting it working properly, and they responded right away and helped sort everything out. They even customized it slightly for us, to make it 100% what we needed. Highly recommended - exceptional price for such a handy product.
