Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[09/09/2011] we use this software to print packing lists with a certain sort order. It works great and saves us a lot of time in packing orders. The support is over email but it's great! Prompt and always very helpful! It's so nice to ask a question and receive a reply from someone who really knows the software rather than some phone center rep reading a script having no idea what they are doing.

[03/16/2011] I have been attempting to try this software and buy it, but no one will give me their time to discuss. I have emailed them 4 times within the past month and a half and no responses. No one return my calls. For me I am going to rate them low, because of their lack of interest in helping me get the software.

[12/14/2010] Excellent product, excellent value, and very responsive to customer requests.
I needed a way to automatically bill a large number of invoices for a customer for whom we dropship. We bill this customer via EDI, but need individual invoices to match payment. CCRQInvoice filled the bill and I received the modification I requested almost immediately.
