The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[11/19/2009] We've been using Projector for about 18 months. Implementation was relatively simple, and their support was top notch. Once we got through the initial setup, our monthly integration with Quickbooks runs very smoothly with few steps. I love the reporting functionality. Custom reports are easily created, stored, and shared among users. Reports are output in Excel which makes them very easy to manipulate. Our consultants love the web-based time-reporting. It's much easier than products we've used in the past. Overall, Projector has been a great system to use, and we've had no second thoughts about choosing it!

[11/11/2009] Our company has been using Projector for several years. We find it to be a comprehensive services project management tool. It's QuickBooks integration capabilities are invaluable. The process is seemless and eliminates the need for duplication of efforts which saves time and ensures data consistency. The Projector support team has been very responsive, providing quality support long past our initial system setup.

[11/02/2009] We have been utilizing Projector for about 1 year now. Projector has been a fantastic project management tool that integrates simply and seemlessly with Quickbooks. The projector team worked with our IT group to set up a test sandbox that allowed us to utilize a fake Quickbooks environment to test all the integration points. The Projector team continues to service us after our initial implementation and has been extremely helpful.

[06/13/2007] Larry Krakauer has obviously spent many hours in the development of the Projector billing software. The high-end reporting module can provide almost any kind of report that is required for our organization (especially because you can write your own reports in the Ginsu section!).
After determining there were special billing and processing needs for our small organization, Larry and his team met with us and added special features and changes to make the billing process more efficient.
This product has allowed us to capture ALL of our billable time and probably increased our billing (and revenue) by 15%.
