The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[06/13/2007] Larry Krakauer has obviously spent many hours in the development of the Projector billing software. The high-end reporting module can provide almost any kind of report that is required for our organization (especially because you can write your own reports in the Ginsu section!).
After determining there were special billing and processing needs for our small organization, Larry and his team met with us and added special features and changes to make the billing process more efficient.
This product has allowed us to capture ALL of our billable time and probably increased our billing (and revenue) by 15%.
