[09/21/2006] This product has improved our business collaboration, organization and financial success. It is a quality product at a great price. We use it for sales and proposal management, customer information management, inventory tracking, and work orders. The synchronization with QuickBooks is complete and seamless. I recommend it very highly.

[06/03/2006] Axcis SMP is a great product providing a complete solution for our IT service business. We use all aspects of SMP along with QuickBooks throughout our organization. The sales people track sales leads, activities, proposals, notes, and for email marketing. The customer service people track all the customer information such as equipment, maintenance schedules, service history, and notes. The service and techs use SMP to create service tickets and track to closure. From a business standpoint, we use it for invoicing and payment tracking and run regular business reports.
We looked at solutions 10 times more expensive than SMP that didn’t do everything this complete solution does. In addition, the technical support staff is great.
If you are looking for service management software, go for SMP.

Easy Service Orders & Fast Invoicing

[05/18/2006] SMP makes it easy to create invoices directly from our service orders. This saved steps in our process and has reduced the time it takes to invoice our customers by almost 2 weeks, (which means we get paid faster). SMP also tracks our inventory using bar-coded serial numbers. This has really helped us reduce the inventory we keep in stock, because we know what we have, and where it is. Overall we are very pleased with the SMP software and would recommend it to others as a good business tool to increase efficiency.

[04/05/2006] We have been using SMP to run our business for a few years and really like the product. The program works well to track leads & customers as well as managing our service orders and client equipment records. It really helps to have all our information in one place. That is why we are so excited that Axcis has come out with the Axcis SQLink. With this new feature, we can easily connect our service records with our QuickBooks records – Yea! This will save us so much time! This feature was the missing link to making SMP the perfect solution for our type of business.
(The upgrade to SMP5 did take some effort, but it was worth it.)
