It does everything we need it to and more. Atandra support is always there for any issues but we rarely need to contact them. I would recommend T-hub to any Ecommerce business with a need for increased productivity. Currently T-hub saves me hours and hours of work each week

T-HUB is a lifesaver

There were some challenges in configuring our inventory to match website but Atandra support helped us in defining rules for matching products on QuickBooks POS and our Magento site. On average we save about 4 hours a day with T-HUB. The latest version we just upgraded to is nicely designed and is much easier to use.

[07/26/2009]  I originally purchased THUB in 2006 to download orders and update inventory between Quickbooks and my OsC site. I had many problems with "matching" items on the site with my QB inventory, and Atandra was never able to resolve this problem. I could download customer information for each order, but I was getting download errors on 75% of orders. Atandra promised a solution, which I never received. I refused to pay the final $500 we agreed on for installation, and I didn't hear back from Atandra for 2 years. I continued using the software, with it's limited functionality, until early 2009 when I decided to try a updated version of the software. I was hoping they had worked out the bugs and was willing to give it a try. I paid for installation and a support plan. Much to my disappointment, the same problems were still there and Atandra was unable to resolve them.

By connecting QuickBooks to Aspdotnetstorefront T-HUB makes complete ERP system for Online Retailers. Today we get more than 150 orders per day and I am glad we chose T-HUB, QuickBooks and Aspdotnetstorefront combination to run our web site. With the use of T-HUB we can process 150 orders in FedEx or UPS computer in less than 1 hour.

[05/22/2009]  This is good software for the price but if you are processing more than 50 orders per day than I would not recommend this software. Call technical support phone# before you buy any software and you will know what kind of support they provide (I don’t know why I did not do it). We have been using T-HUB for over 1 year and I was never able to get anyone on phone at their support phone number. They provide support 100% over the email regardless of what kind of support plan you are on. And honestly, if you can wait 1 day before you get someone to help you than this is not bad software but for the business that needs to ship order on same day T-HUB is not a good solution.

[10/23/2008]  If you're a little guy, someone just starting out in ecommerce, do yourself a favor and look into T-Hub. I use the Advance version and would recommend to anyone using QuickBooks POS and a compatible shopping cart to do the same. Updating online inventory is a beast of a task if you own a brick and mortar. There are few things worse than getting an order online and not having the item in stock. But with T-Hub, inventory is a breeze. Each item is tracked in QuickBooks POS and T-Hub maintains the inventory link between QuickBooks and your online store. It's as easy as a few clicks. This was THE REASON we went with T-Hub, but what I didn't expect were some of the other benefits. Uploading items is really nice in T-Hub and I do recommend you look into that option. Say I have widget X in 4 different sizes and 3 color options per size. Do you know how long it takes to set up that product in any shopping cart?! In ASPDotNetStoreFront, that would take me about 25 minutes to enter the 1 item, the 3 color variants, the 4 size options, the description and then the inventory per size/color. and that's really pretty quick. But with T-Hub, the same process takes about 2 minutes, because T-Hub fills in everything for you, including the description you have in QuickBooks. T-Hub is easily 10 times faster at adding items to the website than even the fastest person could manually do the same. If you are using FedEx for shipping, you're going to love the FedEx ship manager integration and what's more, the FedEx tech support loves T-Hub. When FedEx came to set up our shipping, the tech support wanted to know what I was using to import and send the order to their software because she had never, in 15 years of doing ecommerce integration, seen any software that worked so well with T-Hub. Am I being a little over the top with my review? No. I've been using, managing and reviewing shopping carts for a decade and in my opinion, T-Hub is the missing link between a brick and mortar and an online store. T-Hub has become so integral a part of all the projects I do, that I only recommend shopping carts that are compatible with T-Hub. T-Hub saves you a lot of time in time spent maintaining inventory and stock on your online store. T-Hub makes ecommerce easy for the little guy and that's the bottom.

We continue to use T-Hub every day and would recommend it to any users of VPASP (or MIVA) as an excellent solution for importing web orders into QuickBooks. The VPASP import process is simple and reliable, especially since it can be initiated from within T-Hub and doesn't require any intermediate steps. With well over a Million in web sales every year, we would be lost without the use of T-Hub.

[09/01/2008]  While building an online sales system for our client, we found out at the last minute that they need to import their orders into QuickBooks as - here's the kicker - Sales Orders. QuickBooks does not allow such an import, and T-HUB Pro was the only software that could handle this request. The trial of the software looked very promising, so we purchased the full version. This is a program that is easy to use, once you understand how it works. It works well, but with very little start-up documentation it can be confusing in the beginning. Their website advertises a free 30 day guaranteed support period, which is the only source of info if you get stuck on something due to the lack of documentation. Their support staff averaged a 1-2 business day waiting time before helping. However, they were very helpful-- even releasing a product patch to assist my efforts. The product is great, the documentation is lacking, and the support is a little slow but still I count this as a success. Now if they only provided a working telephone number for support...

However if you ever want to talk to someone on the phone for tech support then they might not be for you. You only get 30 Days of support up front for your investment and more will cost you, which would be fine if support staff was easy to contact. Overall I think this is a good product, but has room for improvement, and frankly there isn't much else out there so if you don't want to double or triple enter data then this is the program for you. Just realize that if you want quick support you'll probably have to pay for it and then it’s not exactly guaranteed.

From expediting our order processing, to completely automating our shipping department, T-HUB is the one-stop solution for any small or medium sized business. Though we initially purchased it to help integrate us to QuickBooks, I would strongly recommend this software to anyone, even if they don’t use QuickBooks. The ease with which our shipping department can now pump out orders is unprecedented, and the ability to automatically update customers with the order status is saving them hours a day. I don’t know how my employees survived before T-Hub, but I do know that T-HUB has saved me the expense of at least one more full-time employee.

More than that, the staff of Atandra, though clearly inundated with customers, is helpful, patient, and *incredibly* knowledgeable. I am consistently shocked by the sheer capability of their technician to diagnose and resolve all questions and quirks in a timely and professional manner.

The setup is very easy compared to other programs of its nature. T-Hub guides you through every step you need to fulfill and adds descriptions where needed. The setup takes a total of five minutes! Once ready, the program literally takes hours off day-to-day procedures. Automating data entry not only makes things much easier, it also avoids typos and other human errors. This in turn to not only speeds up processing time, but also can save money. The program is fast, dynamic and easy to use. Presently, we are reliant on T-Hub, and happy to admit it. I would highly recommend it to anyone using VPASP and QuickBooks.

[03/13/2008]  T-HUB is a WONDERFUL piece of software. I spent many hours searching for a system to help automate my Amazon store with QuickBooks and my daily processes. I spent even more time trying to piece meal my own system together in an attempt to make everything work seamlessly. Then I found T-HUB and the author of this time saving, well thought out piece of software --> Manish Jha !! Now I am a VERY VERY HAPPY CAMPER !!! and I even get some sleep and stop to eat now !!!! No more copying and pasting, no more downloading daily sales and importing, no more manual processes or clumsy systems. T-HUB is saving me time, my sanity and my hair... LOL !!! The other refreshing aspect of Atandra is that Manish is open to discussing the possibility of incorporating new features and / or improving T-HUB's existing feature set. I am VERY SATISFIED with T-HUB and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to ANYONE who wants to save time and automate their daily processes with Amazon or almost any other cart/online store out there. [02/21/2008]  We purchased this software a few weeks ago and are very pleased. We use it for our Amazon.com orders. It connects directly to Amazon and pulls our orders into this program and allows us to select which ones we want to print AND create a SALES RECEIPT in QuickBooks. Initially, the software did NOT print a BAR CODE with the order number. We emailed their support and within 1-2 days, they added the Bar Code feature which works great. We use this to scan in the order in our shipping department for auto population of ship to information. This program has saved us time both in printing orders and capturing the data into our inventory system. Very nice system!! It eliminated 3-4 systems we have created manually (Word Mail Merge, etc.) that were cumbersome and tedious.

After a frustrating and expensive experience with a competing product to download sales from Amazon into QuickBooks, I discovered Atandra's T-HUB software.
