Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

T-HUB 10 Not Production Quality, Yet

[01/02/2012] We have been using T-HUB since T-HUB 5, and mostly because it was the only product that supports the interfaces we have. T-HUB 10 Professional, with its automated processing, is nice, but there are still a lot of problems: lack of good support out of the box without paying an arm and a leg (we have never gotten T-HUB to work on a supported set up without problems), the automation service doesn't run on the server boot; it requires someone to log in and run it, and there are still bugs in processing. T-HUB has been around for years, and they still have a product that would not work in a large scale environment, which is where we are headed. We will be forced to move to a custom solution from another company at some point, unless they improve. Too many features with poor implementation; focus on quality, not quantity.

[06/06/2011] Initially had trouble contacting them to take my money as I had to pay by Paypal. Taking time to take my money not SO bad..
On install had an issue with a previous version upsetting something, but the support guy arranged a session the next day and cured it within half hour.
Software works fine now, though was a little unreliable connecting initially. Saves LOTS of time, now uploads all orders into QB including customer details.
A real boon as no contribution exists for OsCommerce to do this as reliably.

I can now focus my time generating even more revenue knowing I have the back-end programming to support it. I have only needed to seek technical support on 2 instances. In both cases by emails were answered within minutes or a few hours, and my technical issues were ironed out just as fast with on screen help as I sat back and watched. [10/18/2010] We have been really pleased with T-HUB. As soon as an order is received it is seamlessly uploaded to Quickbooks, both from our own web store and our Amazon store. Items are created, customers are created, packing slip is ready and we can ship the order that day if necessary. No delay in having to batch upload orders for next day processing. We use UPS Worldship and it is so quick and easy to get the labels created and batch print the packing slips. I know it is saving us one employee! The support staff has been outstanding, always prompt, pleasant and continually working to upgrade the product, i.e. auto backup recently. Keep up the good work!

T-Hub is a critical component of our multi-sales channel strategy. T-Hub’s ability to process our Ecommerce Template website, eBay and Amazon transactions quickly each day has reduced the labor required for this type of strategy significantly. We have also been able to use T-Hub to tailor our downloaded Quickbooks Invoice transactions so as to support our inventory and shipping systems improving their accuracy.

[10/04/2010] I don't know how this company ever got a five stars on customer service from anybody. You can call the place right now to buy the product and they probably won't pick up. As for the product, Its great! Saves a ton of time. Still has some bugs that take them months to fix, because they don't respond to emails or phone calls. All in all, this really is an awesome product that saves you a lot of time. I wouldn't get it unless you have a decent amount of computer knowledge because you will need it to figure this thing out on your own.

[06/13/2010] I have a custom shopping cart built off of Ruby on Rails. When asked if we could make Atandra work with our cart, we were told it was possible with some customization.
After a year, we still aren't able to use it. Every time we get remotely close to getting it to work, we find another bug. I've spent several thousand dollars trying to get this to customize because we desperately need it. I feel like I'm throwing good money after bad now.

[05/18/2010] I am a small business that has been selling primarily on eBay for over 3 years and looking for a way to reduce the time it takes to enter orders into my quickbooks. I have two supply warehouses that drop-ship most of my items so I was keying orders and using the copy/paste method which took me about 10mins per order. I purchased T-Hub for Ebay about 3months ago and it simply has changed my life.....for the better that is! It now takes only about 2-3 minutes to process the order from my ebay store, print a 4x6 thermal shipping label via fedex shipmanager, enter the customer info as a sales receipt in my Quickbooks Premier 2010 edition, and most importantly marks the order shipped and automatically enters the tracking number on the ebay sales transaction! It’s so awesome! I can’t recommend it more for anyone that sells on ebay and uses quickbooks. I’m now looking to buy a new shopping cart for my website that integrates with T-Hub because I’m so pleased with the results.

[03/24/2010] In a few words... The T HUB from Atandra is great software when it works. It is not easy to install on a Vista machine due to fact that the SQL server 2005 does not get administrative privileges until you manually allow it. Basically, Vista prevent SQL to communicate with the administrator (where T HUB is located).
Atandra's help with this issue was ZERO. I understand that it was not an issue with the software itself but a little help would have been greatly appreciated (I am sure they know what the problem was).
Try to call before you purchase the product... no one will pick up, they are screening voicemails. They will answer your post purchase questions (emails) in just a few minutes. After that, when you own the product, you will have to submit “Tickets” … they don’t always answer those either.
Basically, they want you to buy the product and pay more $$$$ later to get help fixing issues. Be careful with this product if you are not an “advanced” computer user or it will cost you later down the road.

[03/11/2010] We moved to T-Hub as the most promising of the systems that would allow us to continue to stay in multi-user mode with our QB enterprise (qb premier at the time). To make a long story short, it didn't support everything we needed and did not work. We asked for support and it took months and $500 additional dollars for them to partially code SOME of our desired solutions (the source is partially closed and undocumented so we had them code the solution, otherwise we would have).
After this, we found that the program was VERY slow even on extremely fast hardware and on a fast connection. We also found that the program was unreliable at best with parsing errors for various special characters, no provisions for handling additional fields and filled with sporadic database to qb errors. If I remember correctly, the software is a VB tunnel and push with an Microsoft Access backend database.
They were fairly responsive but we didn't get the help we needed (and we are programmers!) for the functions we needed for our business. We had no issue paying more for the solutions we needed. Our overall impression is of a promising system with nearly functional software that simply fails to meet any of our objective goals.
It is terribly slow. In the end, we are coding our website to perform more work and will just be dumping daily data from our site to qb with our own solution. There are other oscommerce to qb solutions but Atandra really burned us out on this method.
