[04/16/2008]  Very pleased with the Atantra T-HUB Advanced application. Had difficulty integrating data flow from OS Commerce to UPS Worldship and QuickBooks. With the integration of T-HUB and with a short training session the application worked and transferred data seamlessly and accurately from both data sources from the first keystroke. Minimal technology challenges going forward. We highly recommend this very cost effective solution for ecommerce fulfillment.

[03/13/2008]  T-HUB is a WONDERFUL piece of software. I spent many hours searching for a system to help automate my Amazon store with QuickBooks and my daily processes. I spent even more time trying to piece meal my own system together in an attempt to make everything work seamlessly. Then I found T-HUB and the author of this time saving, well thought out piece of software --> Manish Jha !! Now I am a VERY VERY HAPPY CAMPER !!! and I even get some sleep and stop to eat now !!!! No more copying and pasting, no more downloading daily sales and importing, no more manual processes or clumsy systems. T-HUB is saving me time, my sanity and my hair... LOL !!! The other refreshing aspect of Atandra is that Manish is open to discussing the possibility of incorporating new features and / or improving T-HUB's existing feature set. I am VERY SATISFIED with T-HUB and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to ANYONE who wants to save time and automate their daily processes with Amazon or almost any other cart/online store out there. THANK MANISH and CONGRATULATIONS on the SUCCESS of T-HUB !!!

[02/21/2008]  We purchased this software a few weeks ago and are very pleased. We use it for our Amazon.com orders. It connects directly to Amazon and pulls our orders into this program and allows us to select which ones we want to print AND create a SALES RECEIPT in QuickBooks. Initially, the software did NOT print a BAR CODE with the order number. We emailed their support and within 1-2 days, they added the Bar Code feature which works great. We use this to scan in the order in our shipping department for auto population of ship to information. This program has saved us time both in printing orders and capturing the data into our inventory system. Very nice system!! It eliminated 3-4 systems we have created manually (Word Mail Merge, etc.) that were cumbersome and tedious.

[01/08/2008]  I have an Internet retail business and I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. After a frustrating and expensive experience with a competing product to download sales from Amazon into QuickBooks, I discovered Atandra's T-HUB software. It is simple, straightforward and does the job well. Atandra provided support to install the product and from the get-go there have been no problems. I intend to use T-HUB to download sales from eBay and our Yahoo store as well.

[05/15/2007]  We reviewed every solution that was applicable to our QuickBooks POS Retail Software. Atandra T-Hub for POS was the only one that met all of our needs. We sell online using an EBay store and on our own website. We also have a retail store. Atandra has been prompt to respond to all questions we had before and after the purchase. I have never gotten the personal attention and service that I get from Atandra from any other software company, period. Maybe some of the big guys could learn from Manish at Atandra. Atandra allows us to integrate our EBay Blackthorne Software and our X-cart with POS. After a little setup work, a click of the button and our orders are pulled into POS! I definitely recommend this software for anyone building from scratch and needing a bridge between their physical store and ecommerce sites. Keep up the good work!

[03/12/2007]  T-HUB has revolutionized the way that we process incoming orders from our web site! After intensive research of several solutions we opted to purchase ASPDOTNETSTOREFRONT and T-HUB to replace our out-of-date online shopping cart. We have been using this combination for one week now and we are very confident that this was the best choice. T-HUB very effectively downloads all of our online orders and enters them into QuickBooks Enterprise 2007. T-HUB can do in just a few minutes what it used to take us hours to do by hand! It also eliminates the possibility of data entry errors in the office by inserting customer information, credit card information and order details into QuickBooks exactly as they were entered online by our customers. Their tech support has been amazing, helping us to very quickly overcome the few issues which popped up that were specific to our unique e-commerce model. We're very excited about this product. It has been a very key component in helping us to meet our goals of bringing together our online storefront and our bricks and mortar store.

[08/22/2006]  I normally refrain from writing testimonials, but I believe this case merits one. Before we found Atandra, we had tried several solutions to integrating our Paypal files with QuickBooks. None worked. And furthermore, their customer support was atrocious; there were no contact phone numbers. In fact, most of them are run by one or two person “teams”, mostly graduate students somewhere who have haphazardly assembled a partly functional product. Atandra was quite the opposite. They were the first and only integration solution that provided top-notch e-mail customer support, and even a phone support hotline! Not only does the product work marvelously, but it is completely scalable to our future business needs, and has fully functional features that will make dealing with shopping cart - QuickBooks integration breeze.

[08/18/2006]  What they said prior to us trying their FREE trail was "T-HUB is a simple Order Manager solution to integrate any ecommerce store with QuickBooks. Import orders real-time from online stores, handle shipping and charge credit cards from a single screen. " THEY WERE RIGHT!!! I wish we would have found this package years ago. We have searched the market place for items to include custom programs. ***NOT ONE CAME CLOSE TO WHAT T-HUB HAD TO OFFER*** They also provide custom services at very fair pricing. We now have a turnkey package that does EXACTLY what we want. Please do yourself a favor and download their trial version. You will be glad you did and never look back.

[08/07/2006]  T-Hub has dramatically simplified the order processing by dynamically extracting order details from our database into QuickBooks for tracking. Setup was relatively seamless and the support was great. Although we are not utilizing many of the features, we plan on implementing more down the road in addition to doing some customization for deeper integration. Great software!

[08/01/2006]  This software literally saves one from having to do hours of manual inputting into the QuickBooks System. This software definitely pays for itself and is well worth the investment. Also, the customer support for T-Hub is amazing. I had a few issues when I first installed the software and the team at T-Hub responded immediately. Customer support is very important with this type of software and I am most impressed with theirs.

[05/22/2006]  I have looked years for a program that does what T-HUB does. I just got setup and it looks like it is definitely a winner. Great Solution! Especially for QuickBooks users. Others solutions that I looked at were to complicated and cumbersome. I never had a problem getting in touch with the company. Rarely did a person not pick up the phone. If I were to do it over, I would go with T-HUB again. Thank you Manish, Cy
