[05/15/2007] We have tried several other applications and only Blue Sun (shows) has been able to get it right. There are various other software programs out there, but none have been able to meet all of our needs like Blue Sun (shows). They were more than helpful in customizing their software for our needs. We have a large database and all the other programs we tried never were able to handle the load, Blue Sun is able to do it without a problem. Set up was easy. The program is fast and very user friendly. Their Tech Support is great; we get quick responses with accurate answers. Our sales people have saved countless hours in regard to order taking in the field and at trade shows. What more can you ask for?

[04/19/2006] The program is very easy to learn and it helped me a lot with the accounting work as it is integrated with the QuickBooks, invoicing became easy, like in our case the salesman prepares the invoice while on route, and as soon as the salesman turnover their PDA to the office and synchronized it with Shows_Exec, exporting to QuickBooks invoices are automatically recorded, inventory are updated right away, because we also use the program to update the inventory daily, it is very helpful to our salesman, as they see right away in the PDA the correct amount of inventory they have, no guessing at all. They also have very helpful reports that you can print out daily in relation to daily sales. Initial set-up is very easy, the support is superb, they will give answer to any question right away either by phone or thru e-mail, and they will give suggestion to make your job easier in case you miss one area that you may not be aware of. The support is also very helpful with any customization requirement. The price of the program is very affordable and reasonable. You will never regret your decision in choosing this program.
