- Exclusive Digital Pen Technology: a data input method using digital pen & paper – the final bridge between paper and computer. Especially suited for companies where product barcoding is not desired or for companies where new technology acceptance is an issue. The digital pen and specialized data entry forms are direct input devices for SHOWS or a computer, providing automated data capture without business process engineering or user training. Data is immediately available for integration with QuickBooks or other backend system.
- Important for rep organizations: order items are separated out electronically by manufacturer so each manufacturer sees only their own data.
- Alphanumeric Data (such as customer addresses) can be entered using small keyboard attachment for those not familiar with graffiti.

- If appropriate, SHOWS can add shipping charges to your customers’ sales orders.
- Customer Billing & Ship To Information and Products are imported into SHOWS. (Only customers with Account #’s on Payment Tab will be imported; products (items) not desired will have an “*” placed in description.
