Yearly cost depends completely on gross reservation receipts. We charge 1% of reservation receipts with a monthly cap, no minimum. Please call for more accurate pricing for your property.

[05/08/2009]  This software has been a Godsend! It was easy to set up and runs great with QuickBooks online. We also love the integration with our website and the ability to accept reservations over the internet. It's a small company so you get a person when you call them with questions. We also needed a few modifications to the program and were blown away by the speed that everything happened. Fees for the software are a little different than what I'm used to. We pay 1% of our total room bookings per month. This is capped at $450.00 (not that our hotel ever comes close). Best of all is no minimum so we don't pay in the winter when bookings are down. The software itself is easy to learn. We don't use all the features but I can see how they could be useful. Overall, it's been a great experience.
