Magpie Property Management Suite and QuickBooks Online Edition are completely integrated, streamlining your property management and saving you time and money. Magpie also has an optional GDS connection which connects you to large, internet-based reservation systems such as Priceline, Travelocity, and Sabre, thereby increasing exposure and expanding your client base.

Magpie can be integrated with your website, allowing users to easily pass between the two systems when making reservations. It can be integrated with many existing Point of Sale systems, creating a complete and comprehensive property management system package.

Magpie Property Management Suite software can be configured for single-owner properties (such as inns, hotels and resorts), or individually owned but centrally controlled and operated properties such as condominiums and short/long term home rentals. When configured for centrally controlled properties, Magpie automatically tracks revenue sharing and expense allocation, and produces a monthly financial statement for each property unit.
