Sharing Data With QuickBooks
To interface the "BSE Estimator" with QuickBooks, follow these simple steps:
1. Create an estimate & a schedule inside of the "BSE Estimator".
2. Export the estimate from the "BSE Estimator" to QuickBooks.
3. Do your job cost accounting inside QuickBooks. Pull variance reports, do P/O’s, W/O’s, & change orders all within QuickBooks while using the "BSE Estimator" data that you just recently imported.
4. Import any new price changes from QuickBooks, back to the "BSE Estimator" program.
