[07/17/2009]  This software has helped me become more organized first and foremost with my estimating. I am a builder and remodeler, and have used the program for over 15 years now and it is so accurate and easy to use. It has made me become more detail oriented, especially on take-offs because I can plug in as much as I want and also take out just as easily. It has sped up my estimating process and made it much less likely that I make mistakes, which was not possible when I was doing it all by hand before I got this great software.

[07/17/2009]  This software gives me such a great concise rundown on all of my costs and information. I have been using it for over 15 years, mainly for the custom homes that I build, and it has been the number one tool in my toolbox ever since I began using it. It allows me to make sure that I don’t miss a thing so that I don’t make costly mistakes. It has helped me cut down on my estimating time considerably and puts out such a nice, professional presentation for my customers and banks and so forth. The way that it interfaces with QuickBooks is just outstanding, and it has enabled me to eliminate double entries! It also keeps me on track with all of my budgets and costs.

[07/16/2009]  I have been working with this software for a total of about 10 years now. It meets all of our estimating needs. It has all of the stuff that you need lined up for you and you basically just have to fill in the blanks, make a few adjustments here and there with each new estimate, and you’re ready to go! You can put in different tasks without having to change everything. This software pays much more attention to details than spreadsheets, which is what I was using before.

[07/16/2009]  I am so happy with this software overall. I am a remodeler, so I primarily use this software for remodeling purposes. It has worked so well for me over the years, much better than my yellow pad and pencil that I used to use! This program has improved my estimates considerably organizationally. All of the features included in the software (like for mark ups and taxes) allows my estimates to be much more efficient and accurate. But, even more than all of the time that I am saving, I know that using this software I am less likely to skip over something. Using this program helps me not to make mistakes that could cost me thousands of dollars… or more!

Improves Speed and Accuracy of Estimates!

[07/16/2009]  The biggest thing that attracted me to his software was that the templates were very quick, good, and easy to use. With this software it is possible to use the general template and just tweak it here and there to fit your specific needs for a certain project, so you do not have to waste time on actually building individual templates. It has improved the accuracy of my estimates, there is less room for mistakes using this software, and has also improved the amount of time in which I do them. When the estimate is finished and I show it to customers, it looks very professional. It is very straightforward and consistent, and easy for customers to read and interpret. Overall, the software is very easy to use and has plenty of features for all of your estimating needs. It is worth every penny!

[07/16/2009]  I have been using this software for over 8 years. It is a quick and easy way to do our estimating. It helps us cut down on our estimating time and integrates well with QuickBooks. I use it for various types of reports and it works great for them all! This program is very easy to use and to learn. And with the newer version, it makes it even easier to make changes on the fly! I am not even using everything that the software has to offer right now, but it is already doing everything that I need!

[07/16/2009]  I do some remodeling, but mainly build custom homes. I have used this software for about 10 years now and it has just saved me so much time and effort over those years. It is not very complicated, and is the only software that I use. Before I had this program, I did all of my estimates by hand which was extremely time consuming. With this software though, I have been able to reduce the amount of time I spend on estimates by more than half! When you have each category broken down for you like this software does, you have everything listed out for you. Many times, by hand and with other programs you tend to forget things at some point during the process and miss things, but with this software, it is all right there for you so that you don’t miss a thing! I can hand it over to clients and know that it is an easy to read and understand, professional looking estimate.

Seamless Integration with QuickBooks

[07/16/2009]  This program is just wonderful! My company builds commercially and we use the estimates to bring back variance reports, and it just works so well for us. It cuts down on the amount of time that we spend on doing estimates and just integrates so great with QuickBooks, we have not had any problems at all with it. We can have the estimate sheet there from the beginning of a project, and make sure that we are matching everything up throughout the whole building process. We can show it to the customer and help keep them in the loop during the building as well. They can look at it and know that these aren’t just ballpark figures that we are giving them. They can see each individual aspect of the project laid out for them. The software also simply cuts down on the amount of time that we spend on doing estimates and just integrates so great with QuickBooks, we have not had any problems at all with it. We love the new version of the software as well, it is easy to read and follow for our customers, and they are always amazed at how close we stay to our variance report – and it is because of this software!

[07/16/2009]  I have been using this software for over 15 years now. Of all of the software I have ever used or previewed, this is by far the best software for estimating. It is so flexible, it has everything you could ever want or need when it come to templates. Other programs that I tried or have seen all come with set templates you have to use, but with this program, the templates are so custom I can shape them to how I want and need to do things. It is so easy to customize! I started about 20 years ago building custom homes instead of just the same house over and over, and I realized that doing the estimates for those type of complex custom homes by pen and paper was just too time consuming and overwhelming. With this software though, I can easily make custom templates for each home. There are even great easy formulas to corporate into the templates, like to figure out specific things such as for just sheetrock With this software, you really don’t miss anything because you can go line by line through your custom built template; it’s all right in front of you, so there is no excuse for missing anything and making mistakes that will end up costing you more money!
