Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[11/11/2011] TPI is an excellent program and it works great! It took a bit of time to get the mapping correct, which we were able to do in a test copy of our QuickBooks data. Once we got the mapping right though, our process is so much more streamlined now! We are saving countless hours and eliminating numerous data entry errors. This software is well worth the money!
Additionally, the team at Baystate Consulting is absolutely amazing. Very responsive, extremely helpful and knowledgeable!

We waited about 30 minutes for the download link and once we received it, it only took 20 minutes to export from excel 451 invoices into QuickBooks. [09/22/2011] I use it to import CSV files that comes from Homestead after I have made some adjustments to the spreadsheet. I do it in a two step process of bringing in customer files then invoices and payments. I saves the company 30 hours a week from how they were doing it and I do not have any issues with the import.

[08/16/2011] TPI has been one of our best purchases EVER! The product is easy to use. It actually works time after time without hiccups or bugs. The program is reliable and we were able to start using it with very little learning curve on our part. We estimate that we have saved around 20 hours/month performing data entry and we aren't done with finding other uses for this product.

[03/03/2011] This utility performs exactly the way Bay State Consulting says it will. I'm especially fond of the capability to read from an Access query, which allows you to format and dynamically import financial transactions from a production database. Excellent error and exception handling allows you to identify errors at the record-field level prior to importing. I've upgraded all of my clients to use this tool.

Imporing assemblies with 01 Transaction Pro Importer 4.0 by Baystate Consulting

[01/19/2011] This is a must have tool if you need to import assemblies or other information into QB. This tool saved me more than a month of my time on assembly entry. I needed to enter over 400 assemblies that contained over 10,000 lines of parts. I finished this in less than a day using my data that I had in excel. This product is easy to use and the few questions I had were answered immediately. Thanks Baystate.

[07/08/2010] Having a propietary Sales Management System under development, we have no time to integrate the QBs SDK, but the accounting dept. was running out of time with the amount of transactions to enter on QBs. So we decided to search for importing tools, and here they are: TPI from Baystate. Integration for Invoices, Payments and Credit+Cheques was done in less than 2 weeks, had a problem inserting Bills and support was amazing. Quick, reactive and even - as it was a TPI's bug- they refunded the support ticket. Lovely to work and interact with such a pro. service. I highly recommend their products. Regards Ariel.

[02/16/2010] Transaction Pro has worked exactly as promised. Importing our custom transactions from an Access database into QuickBooks required only a few minutes to setup and then processed them flawlessly. Excellent product. The software is very simple to operate and even validates entries before import to avoid errors in processing live data.
