[10/29/2009]  I started using this product with release one and have been a fan ever since. Every release has made moving transactions from sources such as Access and Excel a breeze. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to connect data from another application without the hastle of entering it in twice. I was a fan of version one and continue to love it now...especially at tax time. Great job!

[03/02/2009]  I was a little hesitant to purchase the product originally; I had been burned by another program. A more costly and not as customizable product. We purchased both the Importer and Deleter products and I have been more that pleased with the results. I would, and have recommended this product to others. Bravo Baystate Consulting.

[11/04/2008]  TPI is perhaps the sharpest, swiftest tool for importing data into QuickBooks. From the first time I opened TPI to fully understanding its power was quick and easy. If you are looking for program that imports data from a large variety of sources, you do not need to look any further. It's not often that a great program comes with great support like TPI does. The cost is extremely reasonable for the value. The vast capabilities TPI provides allowed me, as a software developer, the integration to bundle with my products. The bottom line is that TPI's impressive number of functions and performance is outstanding.

[10/31/2008]  Set up took a long time because we couldn't work out the one-order-per-line feature in TransactionPro. But the team at customer support were very patient. It took a while to get them to answer emails and the support forum didn't have the answer to our questions. But once directly connected, they were more than patient and we received high service levels. The basic functions work well now we have it set up. We still have issues with the item import not correctly matching to our QuickBooks item list and creating duplicate entries. This may be resolved in V3.0. This review refers to V2.0.

[08/03/2008]  I have an accounting and bookkeeping practice exclusively for small non profit organizations, and I make it a point to install Baystate's importer tools for each of them. I am using Pro Importer and the QuickBooks online version. And the Exporter tool has been a Godsend for conversions. These tools have allowed me to dramatically streamline the data entry process for my clients, and in short, have made my life a whole lot easier. I can't say enough about how happy I am using them. [02/15/2008]  I bought Transaction Pro Importer to import data into QuickBooks. The product was easy to set up and everything worked great! I tried another product that was supposed to do the same thing yours was and it just didn’t work. I’m a QuickBooks novice and I’m not an accountant, so trying to get my data into an IIF file was a nightmare. I tried one import with the sample files provided just to get the hang of things. Then, I was able to use my own Excel spreadsheet, create my own mapping, and I got everything to work on the very first try! This product just saved me countless hours of manual data entry. It’s not very often that you buy something that is an exceptional value and is actually easy to use! Great job!

[02/14/2008]  We use Transaction Pro Importer to import orders from four websites into QuickBooks Enterprise Wholesale Edition. We asked our web people to have all of our websites export order info to a single CSV. Each morning the CSV report is auto-generated and available to download in a secure admin interface. Then by using TPI's simple mapping interface, we are now able to bring the orders into QuickBooks with a few clicks. Everything is placed in the proper place in QuickBooks, including credit card info, email addresses etc. and you can even use custom fields to import data beyond standard QuickBooks fields. This program does what used to require a full time employee and it eliminates data entry errors (don't worry, we found other things for her to do). It's reliable and easy to use. I strongly recommend this program for any business wasting time manually entering transactions into QuickBooks.

[12/11/2007]  Very happy with this product. We were manually retyping this data into QuickBooks and this is saving us a lot of time and accuracy. It was easy to learn. We had one small issue that was resolved within 1 hour by customer support. We did not expect anyone to get back to us that fast.... Wow...that was great...Good show!!
