Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

Not the greatest interface, but solid, flexible and dependable

[01/09/2008] Their interface is VERY fast, very flexible, fairly intuitive but it could be a little easier to use. I guess that is the tradeoff for the flexibility. Price is reasonable. The only real downside is the upload/download which is still too manually intensive. We compared all the offerings in the Marketplace. We narrowed it down to two, but GMT had the flexibility that we needed.

[12/17/2007] GetMyTime has made my payroll and end of month billing easier by enabling my staff to enter in their own time worked which downloads seamlessly into QuickBooks. Having them enter their time outside QuickBooks also means that they don't need to have access to my data file and thus eliminates one more possible source of information breach.
I have recommended this application to my clients.

[12/17/2007] Our four-person company finds GetMyTime a good value for the money. It has the right balance of features and ease-of-use.
The subscription price is reasonable for web-based timekeeping and the software had the approval features we needed. File transfers between GetMyTime and QuickBooks are very straightforward. The audit trail feature is helpful to ensure compliance with one of our suppliers' requirements. Customer support was very responsive when contacted regarding minor bugs in the data entry process. It's refreshing to use a service that doesn't do something unexpected when a user has a "nonstandard" browser.
