Creates Invoices from meter readings on an Excel Spreadsheet doing all the calculations, etc. The program reads the spreadsheet, finds the customer record to get the previous reading, subtracts the difference and uses it as the quantity in the invoice. The previous and current readings are placed in the invoice also.
