We collect our readings on a PDA. How will your product work with it?
A PDA is one of the best ways to get meter readings. Once in the PDA you can easily download it to the desktop and have the program create invoices from it. We can easily change the mapping to accommodate the spreadsheet on the PDA.

Our billing process requires some very special calculations. How will we be able to get these formulas into the invoices you create?
We can customize it just for you, if needed. And we do not charge much for customizations. If we feel that the customization could be a valuable feature of our program for other customers we may not even charge you.
