DCAA Compliance w/ ease of use

[02/09/2011] Our company was looking for a DCAA compliant timekeeping system that was easy to use and straight forward. GHG defiantly delivers all of the above!
Service is difficult to get on an immediate basis but, when they respond within 2-4 hours, they are VERY accommodating and the problem is solved almost instantaneously!
Would like a wider range of reports.
The staff is very knowledgeable of their system and always very friendly!

[03/11/2010] We've been very pleased and have used the product for about two years. We are now able to easily track labor costs and do better analysis of our business. Each new person that either enters their time or manages the timesheets learns it very quickly. I rarely think about the service since it's so seamlessly integrated, and that allows us to focus on our priorities.

[03/04/2010] We are a small company and needed an inexpensive, flexible, DCAA approved and user friendly web-based timekeeping sysytem to track employee labor and attendance. GHG fit those requirements far better than any other solution we looked at.
It is reliable, fast and easy to use. Trianing new emplyees on the system is quite painless. The package we have comes with many useful reports, leave management/tracking and job number/account maintenance. Downloads to Quickbooks of our biweekly labor chages are fast and simple.
These features, together with GHG's excellent customer/technical service, make recommending this product a no brainer.

[03/01/2010] Our client is a government contractor and his employees use GHG. Our CPA firm runs reports out of GHG and exports the timesheets into QuickBooks. If I have a question, someone typically answers right away and if I leave a message the problem is handled before they call back! This is a great value and keeps our client compliant.

From the first time we contacted GHG to now, four years later we have found their customer service to be unprecedented. Our employees and managers find that the application is easy to use, very flexible, scalable, and reliable. I would recommend GHG’s Time and Attendance tracking software packages and Attendance Management Solution to any company in need. They are the best.

[02/27/2010] We looked at many different Time and Attendance tracking software packages and the Automated Time and Attendance Management Solution was the only one that was able to meet our needs. Extremely flexible, web based, great tracking and reporting. Other features are automatic emails to administrators when time sheets are updated. Log-on authentication for each employee, ability to track vacation and sick leave used and accrued. Flexibility to create accounts for how you do business. Not to mention it's integration with QuickBooks. We have the link to the Time and Attendance site on our corporate website so employees just go to our corporate website to sign in and record their time or they can directly to the time and attendance site (which by the way is tailored specifically for each individual company). Staff is EXTREMELY helpful and available. This is by far the best product and support for the money - hands down!!!

[02/26/2010] Being in the staffing business where all of our employees work off-site, we needed a web based solution. Since we were wanting clients to logon and approve our employees time, this needed to be an easy to use product that didn't require any training. After researching several and not wanting to buy and support a product, we found this to be an exceptional product for the money. It has a lot of functionality that has the flexibility I need for the different employee and client needs. It's been rare that I've need support on the product but when I have, I've gotten quick response and issues were resolved well. We've been using this since 2007 and highly recommend it.

Only Reasonably Priced, Easy-to-Use Timesheet for DCAA-Compliant System

[02/26/2010] According to my records, I have used this electronic timesheet since January, 2004. For a small company (we have 5 employees), I found it to be the only cost-effective solution to the issue of providing a web-based timesheet that has the features required for DCAA-compliance. I've also previously recommended this timekeeping system to numerous QuickBooks users, and assisted in its installation at a 150-employee small company in our area. If there is one feature or service that I have to applaud the most, it is the customer support. GHG will get you up and running on their system no matter how long it takes (which is not to say that it takes a long time).
Specifically, we use the product to record time daily, from any location in the world having internet access. We handle the approval process, including rejection and resubmittal of incorrect original entries. We download timesheet data, and then import it into QuickBooks (a one minute procedure). Finally, we upload data back into the eTimesheet system to allow employee access to leave balance and Direct Deposit paystub information. Both employees and supervisors find the information immediatley available and easy to access. Frankly, I have no complaints.
In addition, there are many other features I do not use, but which make this eTimesheet a possible solution for much more extensive issues. Ease of Use, Features, Quality, Performance, Support and Service, Value . . . this is definitely a 5-star product.

[02/25/2010] We were looking for a system that would put our minds at ease with respect to being DCAA compliant regarding time accountability. This system does this very well. In addition, the service behind the system is incredabile. Words can not adequately describe how GHG's personnel has responded to my inquiries for help. I heartily recommend this system.
