[06/01/2009] We chose IIFImporter to handle importation of our thousands of vendor invoices (hundreds a day). Jack has provided extremely prompt help when we've encountered bugs, releasing updates with minimal turnaround. I'm unfamiliar with product updates and bug fixes working every time, the first time, so I'm a little at a loss how to express my satisfaction. Excellent all the way. So far the product is working as advertised for a very reasonable cost. The result is going to save us hundreds of man hours each year.

[03/27/2009] I never really take the time to write reviews but really felt Aaatex deserved to be acknowledged. I have worked with many programmers over the past year because we recently went through a system conversion and it has not been fun. Jack has been so helpful. We have freight bills weekly that total 1000+ line items and needed some areas customized for research purposes. We had no idea how to map the sheets and upload them to QuickBooks so that we did not have to type all of this data and asked many questions. Though the instructions provided were very clear, we were just a little impatient and did not really take the proper time to read. Jack was, on the other hand, very patient with us and came to our aid not only giving us personal instructions but came up with additional solutions that would make things even better without us even asking! Now how many companies can you say do that? It has been truly a pleasure and the program is terrific. We are saving on average 1-2hrs per day in data entry work and sure there are more areas we are going to be able to improve on. We look forward to a long and prosperous future with Aatex. I highly recommend you give it a try. There is a free trial version and the prices are very reasonable. Do your research and you will see that no one can beat it! Two of the great features are not needing to be in single user mode and being able to import right from an excel sheet. Not many offer the ease that Aaatex does and surely cannot beat the customer service!
