Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[02/17/2006] I have been looking for a solution like this for years; I was SO thrilled when a ProAdvisor suggested this program! Just to know I wasn't crazy for wanting to automate this process was great! I tried it and was hooked! She has clients in other fields that use it once a year or whatever and gave me the link, I never even thought to look on this site.
Absolutely Awesome!!!!! Thank You! I would like to rate it a 10, but the scale doesn't go that high :-)
