Their system works, their support is very good. We love the interface with quickbooks. We are saving lots of money by using this quickbooks integration. Single entry that is all needed for DEALERCLICK software.

[09/24/2009] This software saved me thousands of Dollars in data entry labor. Once my sales people input the information into Dealerclick then my accounting Dept. has
all the information in the Quick books software. My only wish was to buy this software sooner. I switched 3 different DMS programs in the last 9 months. None of them work correctly. I recommend Dealerclick to any small to large used car dealer. The support is always there to hold your hands. Thank you Dealerclick for such a service to the Auto Industry. [09/21/2009] I was very impressed with DealerClick software program. I had used 3 different software before DealerClick, but always had problem getting a single entry software. On top of all the quickbooks interface is fully automated. I recommend this software to any used car dealership. Software is excellent and support is very good.

[09/04/2009] This Software actually works just fine. I sell about 200 cars per month mostly wholesale. I have been using QuickBooks for the last 6 years. I researched for 6 months and tried several other software, but I ended up buying DealerClick. I like many of this software's features, but talk about full interface wth my QuickBooks. This software savesme at least 10 hours a week on data entry time. Good training and excellent support by DealerClick.

[06/04/2009] I have been in the Car Business for about 20 years and tried almost all dealership management software to manage my business accounting. I found DealerClick having the best interface with QuickBooks. It transfers my entire inventory to my assets account and automatically decreases it when I export the sale. I create Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and GJ entries for Cost of goods sold. The best part is the complete memo (having stock #, year, and make, model and VIN #) all over the system, which help me to track down all transactions for any stock #. I do the BHPH also and Dealer BHPH interface with QuickBooks is awesome. It transfers the payment as Principal and interest separate and applied to customer invoice and putting the money in non-deposited funds. I strongly recommend DealerClick to my fellow businessmen.

[10/22/2008] Earlier this year I was forced to switch software for my Dealer Management Solution because the company no longer supported it. Being a new user to the QuickBooks product line, I immediately searched the marketplace for software that integrated with QuickBooks. After purchasing Dealerclick with the QuickBooks interface option. The module consists of 3 separate exports out to QuickBooks. It is based on date range and it automatically flags items that have been exported before. Not being an accounting guru it took me about 2 weeks to actually set it up to my satisfaction with the help of the staff at Dealerclick. Once it was set up I felt that this was a great time saver and it eliminated double entry. It is however a product that actually requires some one on one training to fully understand its capabilities. Overall I am pleased with my experience and I would recommend this product for car dealers looking for a DMS that integrates with QuickBooks.

Ineffective Software, and slow to help you fix it

[05/14/2008] Dealerclick was hard to work with because they didn't have many options that my company needed and the forms never printed correctly. When I tried to get customer service support, it took hours and the help never worked. I ended up just deleting the program and getting a different one. This program seems to have issues and the company won't even help fix the problems.

[07/21/2005] I have been using QuickBooks for about 6 years and have been running a small used car lot and doing all the paperwork by hand and entering the accounting information into QuickBooks. I needed a software solution for the front end of my dealership and I researched softwares that had a QuickBooks interface and came across DealerClick. Not being very savvy about software, I needed to be shown how to set up the QBW and how to export to it. DealerClick excelled in this. I was able to be remotely trained over the internet. I cannot tell you how valuable this kind of support is for a small business owner. The staff was friendly and helpful. The interface is simple and easy to use. Overall I would recommend the product.

[02/14/2005] I have been using Dealer Management Software for about 2 1/2 years now, and my main complaint has been the double-entry of all the deal structure seperately into the accounting program I use. Now with this interface I just choose my date range and export right into the chart of accounts. Things like cost of goods, recon, and the value of cars in inventory. It also exports the figures from sold deals. After the initial set-up the interface is easy to use. A good solution at a great price.
