[02/23/2011] Customer support was very good.The system is now working very good after a bad start up with Dealermate a reseller of the product.Tony at dealerclick after seeing our review of the software emailed us and extended the support and corrected our problems. We have now revised our rating of them. The problem we had was as it turned out with a reseller of the software, not with dealerclick. Tony Borchello with Dealerclick corrected problem we had with the reseller, which has change our opinion of the software.

[01/20/2011] I am very happy with DealerClick program. I love the way it integrates with QuickBooks. It made the life much easier for our staff. No more double entry. BHPH program is excellent. Support is very helpfull. The training was very complete and all of our sales staff are using the DealerClick. We have around 15 sales people using this system. Very happy customer. I would suggest looking at Dealerclick before you buy any other DMS program.
