Sharing Data With QuickBooks

You do your payment applications in this program, then you can post invoices into QuickBooks. You can post one invoice line for the amount billed and one line for the retainage. Or you can be as detailed as you want, breaking down and summarizing the amounts using different QuickBooks items such as labor and materials. You have total control. Use the Quantum Project Manager to create and print the payment apps, but keep QuickBooks up to date to do financial reports, accounts receivable, etc.
