[03/01/2008]  I purchased this program to simplify contractor invoicing. This product is amazing. Once the schedule of values are entered on the job, all you have to for that payment app. is enter the correct dates and % for that line item charge and it calculates everything for you. No more wasting forms for out of line printing. Very professional. Points on the downside: you have to manually record checks rec'd on both your accounting program as well as Quantum. Although it states a button to post to the accounting program, a prompt would be nice. Also, on the continuation page of my AIA form, the "Page" and "Of" do not print at the top and it only says "2 2". The positives definitely outweigh the negatives as I use to do a dummy form on another program to print the AIAs but had to do all calculations. The support and service are friendly and explain everything easily to understand. At times phone lines are tied up and hard to get through. Overall an excellent product. Highly recommended. 6/18/2008 UPDATE: I had selected an incorrect document and therefore the "page" and "to" did not show up. It is now working perfectly. I have been a user now for approx. 8 months and have increased my rating. I would like to see a couple more job features added.
