[10/27/2008] I have a wholesale distribution business with 15 routes. I purchased the bMobile route program about two months ago and the software is fantastic. The support I received from the team at bMobile was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a complete DSD alternative. The software was very affordable and I am already seeing the value in the system. The entire system will pay for itself within the year and it made my life a lot easier. I didn't realize how many issues we were having before we implemented this program. It didn't take long to get up and going and my drivers got up to speed within a week. I highly recommend this product to others.

I couldn't believe how this has stream-lined my business and data entry time. The money I saved by emailing thru QuickBooks paid for the program in short order.

[05/22/2006] This product helped me to get my company moving where I should have been long ago, I have a spa and swimming pool company, with 4 service and repair trucks that are out in the field on a daily basis. Before bMobile all repair and service tickets were handwritten. Now on our pocket PC's we simply click on a item from our QuickBooks inventory or services list and add to the invoice. At the end of the day each service technician simply does synchronization and all the data has been entered directly into QuickBooks. We used to spend hrs each morning updating out QuickBooks data from the previous days business that has now been eliminated.

[10/07/2005] I own a craft store and have salespeople that go to craft shows. I was looking for a product that would help me in getting my sales back from the show and into QuickBooks. I did a search on your website and bMobile Technologies came up and I downloaded a trial version and I was amazed at the ease of use. I called and spoke with the people at bMobile and they answered all the questions I had about the product.
I was skeptical about the data import and when it was done it was very painless. The process for this is very easy to do and looks great on my pocket pc.
This is wonderful for anyone that has a sales force that is out in the field. This product brought back my info from my trade show and I did not have to reenter my sales. That is a timesaver for us.

[08/22/2005] I own a music equipment sales business in the western US. I have used QuickBooks for several years to manage our finances, including all aspects of customer billing and inventory. Several months ago, I starting looking for a solution that would free myself and our salespeople from the "ball and chain" of the front desk. While cordless phones allowed our employees to take phone calls, they were still tied to the computer because of QuickBooks. I needed a way to take QuickBooks on the road.
bMobile Sales helped me to mobilize my sales data. Now, my guy pulling equipment from the warehouse can maintain a real-time view of what is on the shelf and what is rented out. Checking out equipment and printing sales receipts and invoices used to require a three man crew. Now one man can do it all, freeing two other employees for repair and customer service tasks.
Setup was painless. I have loaded a lot of software on my PDA and this was one of the easier setup processes I have encountered. I like playing with technology, but I’m not a techie by any means. With my limited technical abilities, I was able to painlessly install the software and use it. I find the bMobile software to be very intuitive and very easy to use. Configuration was as easy as entering the name of my QuickBooks computer and selecting my company. The software "automagically" pulled all of my customers and products into its database. After using the product for a few weeks, I was very impressed with its ability to synchronize new information quickly, particularly on multiple PDA units at once.
After setup, I had a few questions about using the software and an actual human being answered when I called! The gentleman on the phone was very cordial and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer my question and even provided an excellent recommendation for barcode scanning hardware for my PDA.
Between the ease of use and excellent support, I am an extremely happy customer. My employees are happier, I'm happier, my customers are happier.
The reason I give a 4 rating for Performance is because the software was just a little sluggish on my older HP Jornadas. I do not see the same problem on the newer Dell Axim models, so I'm sure it’s my junky old hardware. I'm impressed that it worked at all on the HPs considering their age.

[08/22/2005] We are a small distribution company of art supplies, and we were searching for a solution to help our sales guys in the field. We came across bMobile Technologies on your web site and downloaded the trial version. After using the trial version, we called bMobile and all of our questions were answered quickly and very professionally.
I am completely impressed at how I see all of my QuickBooks information on the pocket pc. It is extremely easy to process a sale. The best part is that all of the information comes back into QuickBooks! There is no more clerical errors from having to hand key the orders. It is so easy to use that even my salesman who hates the computers loves his new pocket pc!
bMobile has been great to work with, and has helped us cut hours off our sales and billing process. I would be lost without this product.
