Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

It started out with a non refundable pilot. The interface seemed a bit archaic and took a step back but that is the least of the issues. We were sold handheld devices that had memory issues when opening up their tiny conduit file. After going through the initial implementation process we were handed the software as “ready to go”. We kept finding glitch after glitch after. Things would not post correctly and there constant annoying bugs that required multiple clicks and closing of windows to do something that should simply take a click. I kept hearing, “it’s not supposed to do that or I will get back to you.” It would often take days, and weeks for someone to get back to us. They were frustrated why we weren’t using their application. I guess when it is not your inventory or financials; it does not matter. The bottom line is that it is not the customer responsibility to notify the company of blatant bugs. Part of the agreement is to pay six months in advance so once the funds are collected you drop on the priority list. Perhaps my experience was isolated but at the end of the day I felt taken. I spent approx $ 13,000 and several months of frustration. They wouldn’t even consider a partial refund.
FYi all your transactions have to be pushed for them to post so you don’t have real time numbers.

[07/03/2010] This was the best buy for me in my buisness of 3 years..I would do my route all in paper then come home and enter into Q-books so that meant that I did my route two times a day. Who has that much time?
The support has helped me many times they are AMAZING.
The intermac cn3 with bmobile sales and the fieldpro printer has made it so much more efficient, no more adding errrors. Product info, discounts, credits can be done on the spot.

[06/29/2010] We have a small beer wholesale business and bMobile Sales Manager has been a huge help. We started with 1 unit and just added a 2nd unit. Enter sales in the field, print invoices and sync with Quickbooks when you get back. Sales and payment information is immediately logged in quickbooks. Using a hand held computer and bluetooth printer really helps our image and saves our drivers time creating invoices.
Great personal support. Highly recommended.

Not only is the software easy to utilize, but it will pay for itself in no time at all. The ease of mind I have now makes the investment worthwhile. [06/25/2010] We deliver fresh juice via DSD to small and large supermarkets and needed an affordable invoicing solution. Before Bmobile, we were drafting paper QB invoices in the field with an old laptop and printer ... which we'd bring back for manual entry into our office computer. Our bookkeeper was spending at least 5 hours a week manually entering the field invoices. bMobile Sales installed on an HP IPAC handheld (total cost: $750)eliminated this total waste of time immediately! Now all we do is click on the client, select the product and quantity, have them sign the screen, walk back to the van, and hit print. We print a hard copy for the client via Bluetooth on our van-born printer before we've even unlocked the vehicle. At the end of the day, we wirelessly upload the day's invoices and we're done. We can even do Credit Memos in the field. It's been a wonderful experience working with bMobile ... as well as saving money and time. The program has all of the features we need. For the money (and we reviewed virtually all of the options out there), it can't be beat! bMobile has been very easy to work with. You call them and they're there ready to answer your questions. No long waits or phone networks to wade through. We WILL be doing more business with them when our next van arrives!

The setup was easy and the Bmobile sales team has also been extremely helpful and very easy to work with, always providing quick solutions and responses. Great product overall - would definitely recommend to anyone in the DSD/Route Business.

Good product, great customer service, I have and will recommend this program to other companies. [06/25/2010] I have been using bMobile for about a year now. The product is great. I am able to invoice my customers quicker, and I don't have to spend hours typing in my orders when I get back to the shop. As a mobile mechanic this makes the paperwork part a breeze. I am able to spend more time with my family because I'm saving hours every day not having to enter orders. The staff at bMobile is always very helpful too!
