Do I need a computer expert to install or to help me use TransTECH?
No. If you can turn on your computer and use basic programs (e.g. Word, Internet Explorer) you can install and learn to use TransTECH. We provide a comprehensive Help file as well as Video tutorials and data entry Wizards to get you up-and-running quickly.

What kind of specialized features does your Loads module contain?
TransTECH's LogiPoint-M Loads module allows you to create a Quote and then turn it into a Load, gives you up to three Pickup points and an unlimited number of Drops, generates Carrier Confirmation sheets for faxing, contains fields for specialized carrier charges, and lets you search by up to four characteristics for Carriers most appropriate for the Load. LogiPoint-M also lets your Sort, Search and Group Loads by a variety of fields.

Do you offer multi-user versions of TransTECH?
Absolutely. We have versions of TransTECH that can be used by 5, 10, 15 or more users simultaneously. You can start with a single-user license and grow with TransTECH as your business does. All you do is pay the difference in license fees; there are never any penalties or surcharges.
