[05/07/2009] Only tried out the demo and it seems great! I was able to get it loaded without any problems and it ran beautifully without me needing to read any manuals.
Trying to get my board of trustees to spend the money, though, as a non-profit, it's unlikely. I did not have occasion to call tech support so I can’t rate it, but this system forces me to pick a rating, so I did.

[09/13/2006] The Invoice Duplicator software has been a huge stress releiver for me. I bill over 1000 invoices twice a year and doing that without the software takes me about 2 weeks but with the software it takes me about 20 minutes. What a great time saver. The software is so easy to use. What a great product.

[10/04/2005] I do the accounting work for our Hindu Temple (Community Center). We have many members (customers). We generate lots of same invoices once a year for these members. Before this software we had to go to each member and generate individual invoice. This took long long time to do. When I came across this software called "Invoice Duplicator" and tried it out.
This is an excellent software for anybody who is looking for a group invoice generating feature with one click. This software is very simple to use, self explanatory, very well designed with step by step procedures. You will not make a mistake or you will not get loss using the software.
I highly recommend this software. I have used it for 2 years and I will not trade this software with any other software.

[01/15/2005] I am the bookkeeper for a small trash service company, currently servicing 800+ customers and growing rapidly. I had entered all of the customers and created invoices and memorized them to print quarterly. In January we raised our quarterly fee and added a temporary fuel surcharge. I did not want to go into 800+ invoices and change the amounts and add the fuel surcharge only to have to repeat it all again next quarter if the fuel surcharge comes off. My former boss, before I quit the accounting office where I worked to do the trash business full time, did some research and found the Invoice Duplicator - what a tremendous lifesaver!!! So simple - I have considered myself computer illiterate and planned to go the accounting office last week for her to show me how to do invoices on the Invoice Duplicator and got curious and did it all by myself, so it must be EXTREMELY simple if I figured it out by myself. Then....I was working on Friday, 1/14, to prepare the 1/15 invoices and had prepared my sample invoice and then I kept getting a message at #7 saying something about no lines to print, I think. I tried to call my former boss for help and the line was busy, so I got curious again and went to tech support and explained my situation. First Karl said to make sure I had closed my sample invoice, I checked and had already closed it so I tried it again and got the notice again. Told Karl and then he asked what date was on my sample invoice - oops! Changed the date to 1/14 and that was the end of my problem. I was so impressed with how quickly I heard from Karl and how quickly he figured out my problem. Invoice Duplicator has been the answer for me!!! THANKS, KARL!!!
