Do I need to have a server with this program?
You can run the software peer-to-peer with up to two user licenses. As your company grows, and you require three or more users, the software must be installed on a dedicated server. Arcline (2000) recommends a Windows 2003 Server.

What is the fee for your software systems?
We charge per user license and added ArcModules™. Not per truck/trailer/transaction entered into the software. Arcline (2000) Inc. also provides in-house, low fee financing and leasing for your convenience. We also accept Visa and Master Card as method of payment. What security features do you have within your software?
Arcline (2000) Inc., requires a Master User to be chosen upon installation. The Master User will have control over the entire program, including who can use what areas of the software and at what capacity. For example, your dispatchers have access to the order section but are not allowed entry into the invoicing or financial reporting section. The Master User will also be able to heighten or lower security levels with each User Account at any time.

Is Technical Support available?
Yes. Technical Support is available to you via e-mail or telephone. When using the telephone, you are speaking with a “live” person. We do not have an automated answering service therefore always reaching a person, not just a voice. You do not have to depend on the Internet to gain access to obtain help.
