[01/11/2008]  This is the first Certified Payroll Program I have used and I am totally satisfied with it. With 50 people on a certified job, I use to spend 6 hours/week doing my Certified Payroll. Now that I am using Quantum's Program, I get it done in less than 10 minutes. The support I received was outstanding+++. Setting up the program was no problem as Quantum's Support person took care of all my questions. I would recommend this program to everyone having to deal with Certified Payroll Reports. Thanks Quantum's Support Person (K) for your extra help, I appreciate it immensely.

[10/04/2007]  I have used other programs but this is by far the best. It is very easy to use and takes very little time. I can get all of my certified payroll done within minutes, where it once would take me hours. I really like the fact that I can call and actually talk to a person should I need help. Customer service is very knowledgeable in the program and can answer my question or concern right away. I love this product and won't use anything else!!

Great time-saver

[09/07/2007]  A friend had told me about the Quantum Project Manager Program. I had been doing the certified payroll forms by hand. They took a good 5 hours of my time each week to complete. I purchased the Quantum Program and within 1 hour I was printing the reports that I needed. Now it takes me 10 minutes each week to print the reports for every job I have.

[03/20/2006]  The accounting firm I worked with recently purchased the quantum software program for certified payroll. I have been doing certified payroll by hand for months and recently acquired the W347 form in PDF format which saved a little time but I had up to well over 50 hours in the client certified payroll which would be extremely expensive to the client. My employer and I spent quite a bit of time setting it up, but knew that it would be quite a time saver. When it came down to actual importing and printing etc, I found that I was a long way away. I called your technical service and was fortunate enough to get Katherine. She spent quite a bit of time helping me figure out what was missing and with her assistance, I was able to finally get some of the payroll downloaded. I managed to finish the 2 months that I was trying to work on. This was about two weeks ago. Last Friday I needed to use the software again and will be using it weekly. I was able to download the 2 weeks payroll in about 45 minutes. It took me awhile to remember all the steps. I know that without Katherine’s help it would have taken a great deal more time to figure all the correct steps out. The software will be saving me countless hours of time, therefore saving our client a good deal of money plus my firm quite a bit of write off. I am extremely grateful to her for her knowledge of the program and her willingness to assist me through it.

[12/15/2004]  Quantum's integrated certified payroll tracker saves me hours each week. I now upload my payroll data from QuickBooks in seconds. I am finally current on my certified payroll reports. Prior I was always weeks behind. Quantum was very supportive and walked me through the whole process for the first few weeks. It is easy to set up and a breeze after that.
