The Certified Payroll Reports program is part of the Quantum Project Manager. It was designed to collect weekly hourly time sheet and paycheck information and print the certified payroll reports. You can manually enter the information or you can import it directly from QuickBooks Pro or higher (versions 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010). The program will import your paycheck information from QuickBooks. If you enter weekly timesheets, it will also import the timesheet information to get the hours worked on each project by day. If you do not use weekly timesheets in QuickBooks, you can enter the time details on the time card created in the Quantum Project Manager (the paycheck info is filled in from QuickBooks, you just complete the hours by project and day). Or, of course, you can enter the entire time card manually. The program will print a certified payroll report on plain paper on your printer. It prints the U.S. Department of Labor WH-347 certified payroll report and the WH-348 certification page or statement of compliance. In addition to the federal format, the program includes (at no additional cost) a number of other state specific or city versions of the certified payroll report form including CA, CO, CT, DE, KY, IA, IL, MA, MN, NM, NY, NJ, OH, OR, PA, NV, RI, WI and WA. It also creates the Federal Utilization form CC-257. There are a number of other project labor, fringe benefit, and payroll analysis reports provided as well. All data and reports are saved by project and can be easily edited and reprinted.
