[07/26/2008] Works great with QuickBooks online, has become an essential tool for our operations; keeps you inform at the right moment where is the product, has it been paid, has been shipped, has arrived, has been delivered etc; and I would personally say the thing that I like most, how much money does this particular item, that comes in this big truck with many others, is generating? Helps you analyze your information. Excellent customer service.

[07/21/2008] Cheers: VISCO has been an invaluable tool for me as a textile importer. The VISCO application gives us the power to build our own reports, the ability to access information easily outside our network and a stronger platform to run our business than our previous system offered. We committed to quite a few customizations of the software since we have some needs specific to our company’s operations, which VISCO was able to complete without much additional hassle. Now, I can’t imagine how we got along without it. The support staff is always helpful and friendly whenever questions arise. We found there was no other software that addressed the needs of importers and was flexible enough during implementation and after go-live to address our additional business requirements.
Jeers: I am sometimes frustrated that customizations can’t be done immediately, but I understand the importance of quality work and the release schedule.
