VISCO has been totally dedicated to making the system fit our very specific product management needs in the software through customization. At this point, it is indispensible for us as we can easily track our incoming inventory as well as determine how much we need to charge to make a profit on any one item. The support and training staff were very instrumental in the successful implementation of their product.

[10/06/2011]  We rate VISCO's offering highly; we are a UK based vendor and needed a solid customisable trading platform that could integrate with QB 2010 PRO (multi-currency version) with considerable ease. We got it! Being an awkward client, we feel that VISCO has always supported excellently. Requests made (and we have sent lots!) have always been responded to quickly and efficiently. As an importer and exporter with multi-currency accountability we are sure that you will not find a better product/accounts package partner.

VISCO - An Addition to Our Company!

[10/03/2011]  VISCO software has been a great addition to our company. We investigated many other possibilities and found that this was the best product for us. We use the hosted application, so there are no IT issues and there are regular updates to improve VISCO. We have worked with the technical people at VISCO to custom design a few reports that would be helpful to us. It integrates with our QuickBooks and the financial reporting is excellent. Even though we have two offices across the country from each other, we have no problem getting support whenever we need it. We were happy to attend their USER Conference last fall and meet other importers, some of whom might even be considered competitors. It was a valuable experience!

Visco helps with inventory, pricing, profitability

[09/30/2011]  We are a chemical importer in Florida and have been using VISCO software for the last 2 1/2 years. It has streamlined our record-keeping and given us a greater visibility to track our inventory and, more importantly, our pricing and landed costs. We have worked closely with the VISCO support staff and consequently, have had a few customizations, especially in regard to reports that make it easier to determine the profitability of any particular product. There is a learning curve, as this software is a pretty sophisticated tool, but once we learned how to use it, we value it tremendously in our business.
