Sharing Data With QuickBooks
From Maximizer Enterprise CRM, customer information is shared between the applications so a user can view summaries of invoices and estimates on a customer (or purchase orders on a supplier) from QuickBooks and drill-down to see details. They can also create an invoice or estimate directly within Maximizer Enterprise, while accessing the QuickBooks inventory and prices – and have the invoice/estimate recorded in QuickBooks. They can also view credit balance, payments and past due amounts.

- Hold times may vary from 5 to 40 minutes

- Free telephone support for customers with single-user copies, product upgrades, or workgroup/peer-to-peer products

- Valid for 30 days following product registration

- Valid for 5 incidents or one hour of technical support (whichever expires first)

- Covers installation of product and being able to open local sample data without error

- For peer-to-peer installation, only covers local computer

Product Installation Support

- Recommended for networked environment

- Receive assistance with installation and configuration of your software

- Valid for 30 days after product purchase
