[01/03/2008]  The one thing that Maximizer will not explain to you in the purchase process is that in order for Maximizer to work with QuickBooks you need to grant all Maximizer users administrator rights. This will allow QuickBooks to work with Maximizer but it will also allow all of your employees to see "All" company information such as: P&L's, balance sheets, payroll info, employee social security numbers, A/R, A/P, employee reviews etc. Try and get your money back or return the software to Maximizer after you discover this and you will find a brick wall. No one wants to talk to you about it! Other than that we do like Maximizer as a CRM product!
