Can Maximizer Enterprise users edit accounting information that’s in QuickBooks if they’re using the Accounting Link?
No, they cannot. Most Maximizer Enterprise users are in sales, marketing or customer service, so they can view the information from QuickBooks in real-time.

Do Maximizer Enterprise users also need to have QuickBooks installed on their computers in order to use the Accounting Link?
No, they do not. They simply have Maximizer Enterprise installed on their computer, along with the Accounting Link in order to view the information in QuickBooks and create estimates/invoices in QuickBooks.
