Sharing Data With QuickBooks
From Maximizer contact manager, customer information is shared between the applications so a user can view summaries of invoices and estimates on a customer (or purchase orders on a supplier) from QuickBooks and drill-down to see details. They can also create an invoice or estimate directly within Maximizer, while accessing the QuickBooks inventory and prices – and have the invoice/estimate recorded in QuickBooks. They can also view credit balance, payments and past due amounts.

· For peer-to-peer installation, only covers local computer
