[09/12/2011]  We are a small to medium-sized business that was looking for a solution to integrate online orders with Quickbooks Enterprise and we found it in IA Modules! The customer service was remarkable and the functionality or the product is exactly what we had expected. As with any new website, there is some set-up required, however the staff at IA Modules does everything they can to make sure it all goes smoothly. We highly recommend this product!

[09/01/2011]  While updating the online store, I moved the location of the file with my product pictures. All of a sudden, no images of my products were showing. I put the file back in the same place, but still they were not showing. I sent a ticket to IA modules asking for help at 10 pm, and labeled it"Critical" because it was. To my delight, I got a response. Neil Upfallow worked on the problem and had it fixed before midnight. Now that is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you IA Modules.

[05/28/2011]  Fast load times and easy administrative panel make the IA Modules platform a great choice. Multiple stores for the same price, easy synch from POS to your web store, and templates make it easy to change your look. We had great success after an IA SEO consultation that was totally economical and cut right to the useful, not theory. When we have needed design or support help the response has been on time and on budget. The synch between your POS data base and your web store is easy to use and keeps your inventory accurate. The IA team thinks more like a sales department than an IT department.

[05/12/2011]  Best Website for Quickbooks integration. Ater extensive research on finding a company to design and host our website, the only answer was IA Modules. We need seemless quickbooks integration to create Sales Orders, deposit, and track all transactions and we got it with IA Modules. They have the best price by far for what you get, no one else is even close. The website has very fast load speeds with excellent performance and ease of syncing to our quickbooks. Spreadsheet import allows for easy management of a lot of products. We have been able to get high rankings on Google with their Wesite Optimization tools and instructions. They help us grow and streamline our process as we need it.

Custom Shipping Modules Needed, Forget about it!

[02/07/2011]  I've been trying to get an IA Modules site up for several months. We need a specialize shipping calculator and there is no way to get it, except from them. And I've asked for it (through their ticket system) and there has been no response. I can't continue to use this software/service if THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

[03/18/2010]  We have been using the IAM-QuickBooks sync with our website for over 5 years. The IAM-QuickBooks sync saves our company tons of time, energy, and money: sales orders of any size placed online are turned into invoices with the push of a button; real-time inventory count allows our customers to plan accordingly; the ability to use our single website for both retail and wholesale customers; item manager, category manager, and coupon manager functions allow us to update quickly and easily our website by ourselves; an "Add to Saved Cart" function which allows our customers to create orders even with interrupted sessions online; and a very helpful support staff at IAModules. We have, for our part, certainly had our share of difficulties and frustrations in reaching the support staff from time to time. (I've given up ever trying to reach anyone on the phone!) Reaching support through online chat works by far the best, but even here I do have the occasional difficulty reaching staff right when I need them. While the support staff can occasionally be inaccessible for short periods of time, they are ALWAYS immensely helpful and truly SUPPORTIVE once I am relating my website issues or problems to them. I am guessing that they are somewhat understaffed in a quickly growing company. Is the time-, effort-, and money-saving IAM-QuickBooks sync worth the occasional frustration with support accessibility? Absolutely! IAModules certainly has its growing pains, but it offers incomparable services and features available nowhere else.
