Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

Good Product, Awful People

[03/24/2011] When my small non-profit was in need of a system, I decided to go with donor perfect- I wish I hadn't.
The product is decent, typical of most online databases, but the folks who work there are awful. Extremely un-knowledgeable about their own product. They even forgot which step I was on during the purchasing of the product and tried to say it was my "fault" for not following up with them- what kind of customer service is that? When I asked other folks what they thought of Donor Perfect, they said the same- decent product, awfully oblivious people. My advice, don't go through the stress, and if you do, DON'T get a data conversion. It totally messed up our data and have heard this from other folks in our area.
