Works but not great. I would NOT recommend.

[05/27/2009]  We've been using this product for a few years now. We just need a simple T&E capture that imports to QB. We don't need any reporting. The product does what it is supposed to, but the website is incredibly slow, both for users and admins. There have been many times where a user submits time and it gets hung up and you have to start over again. Support is not great. We are looking for a new solution. I would NOT recommend this for anyone.

One year later we are moving on.

[05/05/2008]  We've been using EZTime for over a year but we are looking for another solution after multiple problems. We've had several instances of expenses sent from EZTime but not getting created in QuickBooks. Expenses with None as the client get dropped into the other if you don’t have a client called None in QuickBooks. The Outlook integration is extremely buggy. It took six different activation codes before it would work right, and even then it's not smooth. Documentation and online help are horrible. Support has been responsive but not helpful.

[02/14/2008]  We have been using EZ Time for about a year now. We were told that this program is Mac compatible and it is but has a lot of glitches. Our employees use both Mac and PC so we've been able to see which platform has what glitches. If you use the service item option the Mac users tend to have that information deleted upon submission of their timesheets. When I called customer service I was told that an upgrade was to take place in August 2007...6 months later and it still hasn't happened. Now the system is converting our employees into vendors and therefore when the timesheet shows up for download it appears with no name and we have to track down the employee it belongs to and re-enter it. My initial experience with this program was great. The price was perfect and it integrated with QuickBooks great. But after a year the integration isn't working so well and we are now looking for a new system to do all time and expense reporting.

Tech support is HORRIBLE! Beware!

[07/14/2007]  I've been a QuickBooks user for a long time and was looking for an easy way to get time sheet data into QuickBooks from employees. I started with EZWebTime because it was cheap and provided a basic service. The interface was a bit clunky and didn't operate smoothly. I just recently upgraded to the latest version of Internet Explorer and suddenly EZWebTime stopped working. The tech support is HORRIBLE! Worst I've ever experienced. No follow-up and very hard to understand. Only one guy on the phone supporting you, Kevin. He couldn't fix the problem and didn't care to research it. He didn't even have the latest version of IE to test with. I'm switching to QuickBooks "Time Sheet Tracker".

[04/04/2007]  I just wanted to thank your company for the excellent support that has been provided by your team member Kevin. I hope that’s his name otherwise I will feel silly. While the phone line sounds awful and it feels like I’m talking to someone underwater the level of support was excellent and makes me very excited to get other companies that I consult for to purchase your software. Im a specialist in helping companies pick time entry solutions that work with QuickBooks. Once again Kudos to Kevin and your software. Christopher

[04/26/2006]  I rarely take the time to write reviews of products or services I use. This is an exception to that rule. EZtime is very well-organized, offering outstanding features for the money. Integration with QuickBooks is excellent, and thus far it has worked seamlessly. EZtime is excellent for my small business. Highly recommended.

[12/11/2005]  EZTime is well-designed; a good balanced between sophistication and ease of use, it has helped us streamline our time card collection process. Implementation was very simple, and employee's adopted the system very well.

My favorite features are: - Control employee’s access to projects - Preview/Edit timesheets before downloading - Single click integration with QuickBooks

EZtime gets two thumbs up - good job

[06/15/2005]  We are a professional services company with folks spread out across North America, and managing timesheets, expense reports and invoicing used to be manually intensive and quite painful. Since 2004, we have been a very happy customer of EZWebTime. Our folks all use the same standard interface to log their time and expenses, and we download this data into QuickBooks. Now we are automatically creating bills and tying charges to invoices is a breeze. And the price point is absolutely appropriate given the value of the entire solution.

Making remote T&E entry a breeze

[12/08/2004]  We have been using EZtime for about 2 months now and wanted to pass on our experience with this fantastic remote time/expense entry product for QuickBooks. I have a 10-person professional consulting services firm that does project-based work, primarily invoicing customers on a time-and-materials basis. We use QuickBooks Professional Services Premier. Using EZtime, all employees now enter their time and expenses themselves. Training requirements have been minimal because the user interface is very intuitive. The product allows me to reivew and reject (with comments) time and expense entries, limit which jobs/customers each employee can enter time and expenses to, and seemlessly synchronizes with QuickBooks (both directions). It has completely eliminated data entry steps at the "corporate" level -- we used to receive Excel spreadsheets with this information and we re-keyed into QuickBooks. At least as important as the product's features has been the technical support/response that I've experienced during these two months. This is a relatively new product, and we have encountered a typical number of issues. My wait time for an initial response (via Email) has been a couple hours at most (even on weekends), and every issues has been resolved in a matter of days (sometimes faster). One of my issues required a product enhancement (entirely new feature), and that was successfully addressed as well. I'd highly recommend the EZtime solution to anyone tired of re-keying T&E information into QuickBooks.
