[10/21/2011]  We have been using EZ Time from a long time now. I must say problems happen, but they have the solutions for them. They spend a lot of time with us. As and when we came up with a request for a feature or a new report they have always provided the same to us. The product has changed a lot for better, since we started using it. They do come up with new advanced stuff every now and then.

[12/01/2010]  I would NOT recommend this software to anyone. Both the admin & user websites are extremely sluggish. There are glitches in the timesheets, which cause data to be completely lost if you take longer than 5 minutes to fill out a timesheet. The website doesn't work on Mozilla web browser. When rejecting a timesheet and then resubmitting it with updated time, not everything goes through. There are times when I go to import the timesheets into Quickbooks and either not all of the time, or duplicate time, gets imported. At first this system was nice because it eliminated the need for me to manually enter 20 employees' timesheets each week, but now with all the extra work I'm having to put into this program, there is absolutely ZERO time savings associated with it. They released a Beta version, which at first was an alternate option, and then it became the default version when you log in. There were so many bugs associated with the Beta version...I notified support on their "Feedback/Suggestions" link and it took them 4 weeks to respond. My company has used this software for 2 years now and I'm going to look into alternate programs.

[05/27/2010]  I looked at this timesheet software to use for our professional services company. Everything seemed to work well until I tried to process the month-end timesheets that would be paid on the following month payroll. EZTime wouldn't process these timesheets; they just disappeared so they weren't included in payroll or costed in Quickbooks.
