What type of data does Payroll Time Export™ allow us to bring into QuickBooks?
All your employee's Gross to Net items can be included, such as Earnings, Deductions, Taxes and Liabilities.

Can I have a Job Number or Class assigned to each Earning or Deduction item?
Yes, our built in conversion table will allow you to assign a short code from your payroll service that identifies the Job or Department, which is associated with its corresponding Job or Class in QuickBooks.

If I do not need the check detail, can a summary general ledger entry be created?
Yes, our Payroll General Summary program will allow you to bring in your payroll entries directly into QuickBooks as a general journal. This can include a Job Number and Class.
