Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

Waste of money

[01/06/2012] This software was a waste of money. We had to constantly get tech support. It's not easily changed. If you want any type of efficient help you have to pay $60 a month for it. I had to call the sales dept to acctually speak to a person because all other numbers said they had high calling volume... the program takes forever to save and open docs.
